Melba Hale is a physical therapist and aging consultant with extensive clinical and leadership experience in home health care. Her work is grounded in a simple belief: aging decisions are deeply personal and deserve thoughtful, steady guidance-not pressure.
Through decades of working closely with individuals, families, healthcare professionals, care managers, and community organizations, she has developed a deep understanding of the complex decisions people face as needs evolve over time. She is known for bringing a calm, trusted presence to complex decisions-offering clarity, perspective, and alignment when it matters most.

Melba’s career and volunteer work have been dedicated to supporting older adults, their families and individuals with disabilities-serving as both a clinician, leader and a consistent advocate across settings.
She has worked throughout urban, suburban, and rural communities in the St. Louis metropolitan area, supporting individuals through care decisions, transitions in independence, and the evolving realities of aging and disability.
In addition to her clinical work, Melba has held leadership roles in home health where she collaborated with interdisciplinary teams, trusted professionals, and community organizations to support coordinated, person-centered decision-making and meaningful support for older adults and families.
